CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
You are welcome to return any item within 14 days for a refund or exchange. You will be required to pay for postage, unless the item you received was incorrect or defective in any way.
We thoroughly check every item before it is dispatched to you – items that have been worn, internal sealed package opened or damaged after purchase will not be accepted for a return or exchange. Items must be in the same condition that you received and in its original packaging.

ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCORRECT, WILL I RECEIVE A REFUND?
If there is a fault with your item or you have received an incorrect order, we will refund the full amount* or offer you an exchange to the value of the original purchase.
* Before a refund is issued the item will need to be returned to us. Proof of purchase will be required and we will need to inspect the item. Product must be clean, unused and in its original packaging.
EXCLUSIONS
We will not accept responsibility for items returned to us that are damaged in the post, go missing and do not reach us. Please ensure therefore that you package your item carefully, send it via tracked delivery and retain proof of delivery.
Under no circumstances are we able to refund or exchange items that have been worn.
CANCELLATIONS
If you have ordered any of our products that are to be delivered by post, you have the right to cancel such an order up until the point that your order is dispatched. Your right to cancel the order ends on the date of the dispatch confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE
Our return policy does not allow for any used Face Coverings or Type IIR Medical Masks to be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
